    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out work easily, safely and positively as much as possible while preventing occurrence of co-rotation of bolts in work of fastening or loosening nuts on a steel tower for power transmission.SOLUTION: The co-rotation preventing tool includes: a body 1 having a mouth part 3 having a fitting hole 5 for fitting a head part of a bolt, and two arm parts 4 extended from one side of a periphery of the mouth part 3 in a radial outward direction of the fitting hole 5; and a central operation member 2 turnably fit between the two arm parts 4. Through holes piercing through the arm part 4, the central operation member 2 and the arm part 4 are respectively provided in the two arm parts 4 and the central operation member 2 near the mouth part 3. By fitting hinge pins 11 in the through holes, the two arm parts 4 and the central operation member 2 are connected at one point, and a magnet is embedded in the body 1 or the central operation member 2.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily raise and fall a boom without increasing a winding load when the boom is raised in the lifted state of a hoisted cargo.
      SOLUTION: In this derrick, the boom having one end mounted to a mast vertically and temporarily fixed to an upper end of an iron tower is provided so as to be freely raised and fallen, a lifting wire rope having a hook at a lower end is drawn down from a pulley at a tip of the boom, the other end of the lifting wire rope is laid on a pulley in an upper part of the mast, and the hoisted cargo is lifted up and lifted down by operating the lifting wire rope on a lower side of the mast. The mast 2 is formed into a cylindrical shape and supported to a member of the iron tower 20 to be rotatable in a peripheral direction, and a top pulley 23 is provided in an upper part of the mast 2. A tip pulley 22 is journaled to a bearing frame 22a provided at a tip of the boom 3. One end of the lifting wire rope 8 is laid over each of the tip pulley 22 and the top pulley 23. A stopper 7a lockable to the bearing frame 22a is provided on a hook at the other end of the lifting wire rope 8.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steel tower assembling/disassembling derrick which carries out quick assembly when a steel tower is set up, and achieves quick removal thereof, and to provide a method of removing the derrick.
      SOLUTION: According to the structure of the steel tower assembling/disassembling derrick, a boom 3 is mounted on a mast 2 via a rotating member 14, and the mast 2 is cut at a location of the rotating member 14 so that an upper mast 2a is rotatable together with the rotating member 14. The boom 3 has a hook 7 attached to a distal end thereof via a hoisting wire rope 8 which is then inserted into the mast 2 via a guide roller 9, and a derricking wire 11 is attached to the vicinity of the distal end of the boom 3. The derricking wire 11 passes through a derricking wire pulley 12, and the other end of the derricking wire 11 is fixed to the mast 2 in a circumferentially rotatable manner. Further, fixing ropes 16 are connected to mast guides 4, 5 and a mast mount 6, and a crane device 21 is connected to the mast mount 6, and two mast guides 4, 5 are provided.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a safe lifting/lowering position of a suspended cargo by enlarging the operation area of a boom as large as possible according to the installation environment, while avoiding the contact of the boom with a steel tower facility.SOLUTION: The work area regulation device 10 has support metal fittings 11, 12 fixed to two positions in the longitudinal direction on the boom 4, and a buffer wire 13 stretched between both fittings 11, 12. One end of the buffer wire 13 is connected to a locking plate 16 of one support metal fitting 11 via a turnbuckle 17. A trigger piece 21 locking one end of the buffer wire 13 is vertically rotatably journaled to a locking plate 20 of the other support metal fitting 12. The trigger piece 21 is rotatingly urged rearward by a spring 22. The locking plate 20 includes a microswitch 23 at a position where an edge of the trigger piece 21 abuts on. When the boom 4 is raised/fallen or turned, and when the boom approaches the steel tower facility, the buffer wire 13 contacts before the boom contacts and is bent and deformed, the trigger piece 21 rotates, and the microswitch 23 is turned off to automatically stop the boom 4.

The jack device 1 has a base member 2, a threaded rod 3, a supporting case 4, a scaled rod 5, and a cover tube 6. The threaded rod 3 is supported by the base member 2 so as to be freely rotatable at a lower end, stands vertically, and has a rotation operating section for hanging a tool at an outer periphery of a lower portion. The supporting case 4 has a nut 12 into which the threaded rod 3 is screwed at a bottom wall, and has an observation window 13 and a connecting portion 14 of the supporting leg 35 at a sidewall. The scaled rod 5 is fixedly attached to an upper end of the threaded rod 3, and vertically extends upward. The cover tube 6 is fixedly attached in the supporting case 4, and the scaled rod 5 freely passes through a lid 17 thereof. A scale 15 which shows a degree of extension of the jack is provided at the scaled rod 5, and a scale at a position where the lid 17 passes through can be visually confirmed from the observation window 13 of the supporting case.
