摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screw shaft type elevator to be elevated/lowered to a higher floor by using a short screw shaft.
SOLUTION: In the screw shaft type elevator, a plurality of short first screw shafts 6 are rotatably erected and supported while parallel to each other; one or a plurality of first lift frames 10 are screwed to the first screw shafts in the horizontal condition and supported so as to be elevated/lowered by the turn of the screw shafts; one or a plurality of short second screw shafts 16 are turnably supported, and erected by the first lift frames at a lower end of each screw shaft so as to be elevated/lowered as the first lift frames are elevated/lowered; the screw shaft to be elevated to the highest level is screwed to a cage G; and a lift member for lifting the cage when the lift frame is elevated is provided on the lift frame.
