    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method for measures against the depression of a rail joint of a ballasted track, which can take gradual restoration measures against the depression of a rail by equipping a rail joint part with a gradual restoration means, which can reduce maintenance work, which can keep a lid on cost required for the maintenance work and which can improve riding comfort, and a pad structure of the rail joint part.
      SOLUTION: In this construction method for the measures against the depression of a rail joint of the ballasted track, a resin-filled bag 4 and a sleeper mat 5 are laid on the undersurface of a sleeper 3A of the rail joint part; sleeper mats 10 are laid on the undersurface of front and rear sleepers 3B adjacent to the sleeper 3A of the rail joint part; a resin-filled bag 11 is laid between top surfaces of the front and rear sleepers 3B and an undersurface a rail tie plate 6; and the riding comfort is improved by taking the gradual restoration measures against the depression of the rail joint part by the action of gradually restoring the depression of the rail joint part and the rails in the front and rear of the rail joint part to an original state.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elastic body bush capable of achieving sufficient damping effect with a simple constitution.SOLUTION: An elastic body bush 200 includes an elastic body 210 formed of an elastic material into a cylindrical shape, and a shaft member 220 formed of a material harder than the elastic body into a shaft-like shape and inserted into an inner diameter side of the elastic body, and allows relative displacement of a first member 113 attached to the shaft member and a second member 141 attached to an outer peripheral surface of the elastic body. The elastic body bush 200 further includes a first space 211 and a second space 212 in the elastic body which are arranged to have the shaft member therebetween so that fluid is sealed in the first space 211 and the second space 212, and communication flow passages 221 and 222 for communicating the first space and the second space with each other.
