SOLUTION: This continuous magnetic flux observation device comprises: a wire supply part for intermittently conveying superconductive wire 7; a wire winding part; a wire holding part 13 for holding the superconductive wire 7; an electromagnet 19 for generating a magnetic field in a direction vertical to a tape surface of the superconductive wire 7; an MO film; an MO film holder 12 for allowing the MO film to be attached to and detached from a surface of the superconductive wire 7; a lighting optical system for applying linearly polarized light to the MO film; an imaging part for observing polarized light distribution caused by the MO film; and a freezing machine 10 for setting the superconductive wire 7 at a constant temperature at an observation position by temperature-controlling the holding part 13.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an Re-based oxide superconducting wire that is excellent in applied field angle dependence by finely dispersing flux pinning points in a superconductor. SOLUTION: A mixed solution is made of an organometallic complex solution, including a metal element constituting an Re-based superconductor with reduced Ba concentration, and an organometallic complex solution including at least one of metals having a large affinity for Ba and selected from among Zr, Ce, Sn, or Ti. The mixed solution is applied on an interlayer of a composite substrate. Then, the composite substrate is burned and Zr-containing oxide particles (flux pinning points) are artificially and finely dispersed. SOLUTION: A tape-like wire 6 is arranged between a pair of reels 5a and 5b; a reactive gas is vertically supplied to a film surface on the upper side of the tape-like wire from a gas supply hole of a reactive gas supply tube 3a to react a film body of the tape-like wire with a superconductive layer; and the gas after the reaction is exhausted from gas exhaust holes of exhaust tubes 4a and 4b for the reacted gas at the same time. The reactive gas is vertically supplied to a film surface on the lower side of the tape-like wire 6 in a similar fashion to react the film body of the tape-like wire with the superconductive layer; and the reacted gas is exhausted from gas exhaust holes of exhaust tubes 4c and 4d for the reacted gas at the same time. SOLUTION: An oxide superconductor wire material comprises a metal base plate, an intermediate layer deposited on the metal base plate by an ion beam assist deposition (IBAD) method, a capping layer consisting of CeO 2 evaporated on the intermediate layer by PLD (Programmable Logic Device) method, and an oxide superconductor wire material consisting of an oxide superconductor film coated on the capping layer. Wherein, a thickness of the intermediate layer is not more than 2000 nm and a thickness of the capping layer is not less than 50 nm. As the above, thickening the capping layer as well as thinning the intermediate layer produced by the IBAD method shortens a deposition time required by the IBAD method, thereby improving the orientation of an obtained superconducting film. 摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thick film of tape-like oxide superconductor by a MOD(metal organic deposition) method using TFA(trifluoroacetate). SOLUTION: A mixed solution of TFA salts, which contains a prescribed molecular ratio of metal elements composing a RE-base oxide superconductor, is applied onto an IBAD composite substrate, calcine-processed to obtain a precursor, and the precursor is heated for crystallization to give a thick film of tape-like oxide superconductor. Several layers of the precursor are formed on the substrate, and by performing the calcination processing for except at least the most outer layer of the precursor within the temperature range of 250 to 350 deg.C, and the steam pertial pressure of an inducing gas in crystallization heat treatment atmosphere before crystallization of the most outer layer of the precursor within the range of 0.5 to 3.2 vol.% in order to easily obtain the thick film of a tape-like oxide superconductor.
