摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a report creation program or the like which creates reports to be presented from diagnosticians to primary doctors, which are based on standard creation criteria to be not different in quality and consider even relevancy to other data and allow citation of relevant information of papers etc., as bases.SOLUTION: A report comprises fixed form sentences and padding parts to be padded with data obtained from one or more DBs, and a report creation unit 9 creates sentences by searching contents recorded in respective DBs to pad the padding parts with data. The report creation unit 9 includes: a range determination part 16 which obtains the number of segments classified to ischemia or infarction by a blood-flow SPECT examination and classification part 10, among segments acquired from an association table determining associations between responsible coronary arteries and segments and determines a range of ischemia or infarction in accordance with this number of segments; and a degree determination part 17 which determines the degree of loss of blood flow in accordance with a combination of a maximum value in SPECT load scoring data and a maximum value in SPECT rest scoring data.
