    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink composition having the controlled ink physical properties such as surface tension, improving the permeability of an ink into an image-receiving paper, preventing bleeding or color staining, and achieving high image quality excellent in metallic gloss and storage stability of a printed material; and to provide an inkjet recording ink and an inkjet recording method.SOLUTION: The ink composition contains at least a first coloring material being a water-soluble azo dye, and a second coloring material being a dye comprising a heterocyclic compound.
