    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of accurately measuring particle sizes of solid contents in slurry and a high-quality injection material utilized in the measurement method for aqueous slurry containing hydraulic composition such as a solidifying injection material to be injected into soil or base rock.SOLUTION: In the method of measuring particle size of solid contents in aqueous slurry, by adding a colorless transparent molasses-like diluent to the slurry, microscopic observation is performed with maintaining an agglomeration dispersed state of particles in the slurry, thus the particle sizes are measured. The injection material is characterized by the content percentage of single particles and agglomerated particles having a maximum particle size of 20 μm or smaller measured in this method, which is 95 mass% or more of the solid content.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for highly precisely measuring the maximum dimension of solid contents in slurry, in aqueous slurry including hydraulic composition such as a solidification injecting material to be injected into ground or a rock mass, and to provide a high-quality injection material prepared using the measuring method.SOLUTION: The method for measuring the maximum dimension of solid contents in aqueous slurry includes: microscopically observing particles in the slurry, with their coagulated and dispersed state retained by adding colorless, transparent and syrup-like dilute solution to the slurry; and measuring the maximum dimension of the solid contents comprising single particles and coagulated particles. As for the injection material, a content rate of the solid contents (the single particles and coagulated particles) with the maximum dimension measured by the method, of 10 μm or less is 95 wt.% or more with respect to the contained solid contents.

A content of particles having a particle diameter of less than 2.2 μm occupied in inorganic particles except for the sulfate of the alkali metal in the grouting material is 45 vol.% or less, and the maximum particle diameter of the contained inorganic particle is less than 43 μm.
