    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet-by-sheet suction method for sheet bodies, which can reduce the size and cost of a suction device by not only allowing stable suction of the uppermost layer sheet body accurately separated from the other lower layer sheet body, but also minimizing the suction area of a sucker and the capability of a negative pressure source as required, and a sheet-by-sheet suction device.
      SOLUTION: Sheet-by-sheet suction is performed with the sucker controlled to be in the condition of a first minimum negative pressure P
      1 required for sucking only one sheet of uppermost layer printing plate. Then, the feed of the printing plates is performed with the sucker controlled to be in the condition of a second negative pressure P
      2 required for feeding the printing plates (a line Z). The degree of deformation of the printing plates, when sucked, into recessed shape along with the shape of the sucker is reduced, restricting the multiple suction of the number of printing plates. Thus, no need exists for great suction negative pressure P
      x and for an increase in the suction area of the sucker or in the capability of a vacuum pump.

    • 要解决的问题:为了提供一种用于片体的片材吸附方法,其可以通过不仅允许与其他物质精确分离的最上层片体的稳定吸力来减小抽吸装置的尺寸和成本 而且还使吸盘的吸入面积最小化,根据需要减小负压源的能力,以及逐张吸引装置。

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly accurately carry plural kinds of sheets different in at least in a width directional dimension with one side reference. SOLUTION: Roller pairs 3 for sandwiching and carrying a storage phosphor sheet 40 with the one side reference in a reference position 5, are composed of a driving roller 1 and a nip roller 2. The nip roller 2 is composed of a hollow intermediate shaft 21 and rubber roller parts 22A, 22B and 22C. The intermediate shaft 21 is rotatably supported by a central shaft 23 having a reference position 5 side outer diameter formed larger than an outer diameter on the opposite side of the reference position 5. Both end parts of the central shaft 23 are energized to the driving roller 1 side by compression springs 27a and 27b. Spring force of the compression spring 27b is set larger than spring force of the compression spring 27a. Thus, the sheet 40 is equally sandwiched and carried by the driving roller 1 and the nip roller 2 regardless of the size of the sheet 40.
