SOLUTION: This maintenance management method of sewerage duct facility includes steps of: creating and holding asset status reflection information in which predetermined asset status parameters are stored regarding the plurality of sewerage duct facilities; performing evaluation based on the asset status reflection information by every predetermined unit route and extracting a first piece of information regarding a unit route to which maintenance management should be preferentially performed; creating and holding earthquake disaster prevention measure setting information in which predetermined evaluation parameters regarding earthquake disaster prevention set based on a local disaster prevention plan of the local government are stored; extracting a second piece of information regarding a unit route to which earthquake disaster prevention measures are preferentially taken; and extracting investigation priority route information for investigating whether or not the maintenance management, reconstruction, repair and/or installation change construction should be preferentially performed based on both of the first and second pieces of information.
