摘要： Disclosed are a method, device, and system for reporting a channel quality indicator (CQI), applicable in solving the problem in coordinated multipoint transmission technology of the incapability of a network side to execute accurately resource distribution and scheduling due to the incapability of the network side to have accurate knowledge of the interference that a terminal is being subjected to. The method is: on the basis of measurement reference signals transmitted by each device in a measurement collection, the terminal feeding back to a network side device an initial CQI of each device in the measurement collection; on the basis of the initial CQI of each device fed back by the terminal, and of channel matrix reference information fed back by the terminal, the network side device calculating a target CQI of the terminal. This allows the network side to learn accurately the interference that the terminal is being subjected to, thus allowing for accurate execution of terminal scheduling, resource distribution, and MCS selection, for effectively improved system throughput in coordinated multipoint transmission, and for improved system performance.

摘要： The present invention relates to the identification, isolation and purification of the catalytic domain of the human effector checkpoint protein kinase (hChk1). A 1.7Å crystal structure of the hChk1 kinase domain in the active conformation is reported herein. The kinase domain of hChk1 and its associated crystal structure is described for use in the discovery, identification and characterization of inhibitors of hChk1. This structure provides a three-dimensional description of the binding site of the hChk1 for structure-based design of small molecule inhibitors thereof as therapeutic agents. Inhibitors of hChk1 find utility in the treatment of hyperproliferative disorders such as HIV and cancer.

摘要： An integrated online help system and buyer-initiated C2C marketplace. A client who is in need of help posts a request (Goods Wanted or Info Wanted) at a client system, including a detailed description of the request and the fees to be paid. The server system notifies a selected group of registered help providers about the request via email. Other users can search at the client system for any open requests and post responses if desired. The help providers are asked to enter a “guaranteed refund rate” in their response to facilitate transactions involving merchandise. A set of four methods and procedures support the irreversible transaction involving information. The help providers are required to provide their “help credentials”, their response's “projected satisfaction index”, which has an inverse relation to the requester's “minimum pay rate”. The requester is required to sign a “contract”, agreeing to the minimum pay rate prior to viewing each response. This online help community, a buyer-initiated C2C online marketplace, is regulated by a user agreement and a peer rating system.
