    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately measure the pressure of a resin applied on an injection screw.
      SOLUTION: A driven pulley 4 is installed via a bearing 3 rotatably and unmovably in the axial direction on a first housing 1 which is movable in the injection axis direction. The driven pulley 4 is connected with a rotation transmitting member 5 by spline coupling. An injection screw 8 is fixed to the rotation transmitting member 5, and a second housing 7 is installed unmovably in the axial direction on a bearing 6. The first housing 1 is fixed to an outer ring part 2a and the second housing 7 is fixed to an inner ring part 2b of a load detector 2. Since the first housing 1 and the second housing 7 are relatively movable in the injection axis direction, no preload is generated on the load detector 2. The movement of the driven pulley 4 due to a force caused by the tension of a wound belt is obstructed by a bearing 3 and no friction force is generated at a spline coupling part, hence the pressure of a resin applied on the injection screw 8 can be accurately measured by the load detector 2.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the axis of a heating barrel and the axis of an injection screw from being shifted to each other to facilitate alignment of the heating barrel and the injection screw.
      SOLUTION: A front plate 1 is fixed to a base 10 through a height adjusting mechanism 13 and a rear plate 2 is fixed to the front plate 1 by a connecting member arranged in a left and right symmetric state. A guide fixing member 4 is provided to the front plate 1 having the heating barrel 11. The injection screw 12 inserted in the heating barrel 11 is attached to a pusher plate 5 in a freely rotatable manner and a ball nut 7 is fixed thereto. The ball screw 8 threaded with the ball nut 7 is fixed to the rear plate 2 in a freely rotatable manner. The pusher plate 5 is supported and guided by a support member 6 through the guide fixing member 4 by rotating the ball screw 8 and advanced to inject a resin. Since the pusher plate 5 is independent of a connecting member 3 elongated and deformed at the time of injection, it receives no influence to prevent the axis of the heating barrel 11 and the axis of the injection screw 12 from being shifted to each other.

SOLUTION: An operation-side safety door 10a having a ceiling part and a non-operation-side safety door 10b are arranged in the mold clamping section. The safety doors 10a and 10b come in contact with each other in contact sections 18a and 18b. The non-operation-side safety door 10b has an engaging member 11 tumbling with a guide member 12. The engaging member 11 has a bending hinge member 11d on the other side. When the safety doors 10a and 10b a closed (state (a)), the open-side safety door 10a can be opened and closed freely and independently (see (a) and (b)). When the non-operation-side safety door 10b is opened, the safety doors 10a and 10b are engaged together through the engaging member 11 and moved (see (c) and (d)). In a state (e), when the operation-side safety door 10a is moved to the closing side, the hinge member 11d is bent, and the safety doors 10a and 10b are engaged together.       SOLUTION: A pusher plate 5 which is moved by being guided by a guide rod 4 between a front plate 2 and a rear plate 3 is provided. The injection screw 13 and the ball screw 6 are fitted rotatably and immovably in the axial direction to the pusher plate 5. The ball screw 6 is engaged with a nut 7 fitted to the rear plate 3 to be incapable of rotation and axial movement. A support plate 20 is connected to the pusher plate 5 by a connection rod 21. The other end of the ball screw 6 is pivoted rotatably and immovably in the axial direction on the support plate 20. The pusher plate 5 and the support plate 20 are supported on a base 1 by straight line movement guides 22 and 23. Since both ends are supported by the pusher plate 5 and the support plate 20 which are supported on the base 1, slanting and the occurrence of the biased load are prevented, and a life is extended.

      SOLUTION: The outer ring part 3a of the load cell 3 is fitted to the front of a pusher plate 1, and a rotation transmission member mounting part 3e connected integrally to an inner ring part 3c is installed.       SOLUTION: The load cell 3 for detecting the pressure of a resin is attached to a pusher plate 1 and a rotation transmitting member 4 having an injection screw 17 fixed thereto is supported on the inner ring part thereof by a shaft. The pulley shaft 7 of a pulley 9 is supported on the pusher plate 1 to be joined to the rotation transmitting member 4 by a spline. A screw rotating motor 12 is attached to the motor attaching part 2a of the housing 2 provided to the rear of the pusher plate 1. Force collectively acts on the root 2a' of the motor attaching part 2a of the housing 2 by the tension of the belt provided between the pulley 9 and the pulley 11 attached to the output shaft of the motor under tension. However, since the housing 2 is separated from the pusher plate 1 and fixed to the pusher plate 1 at a position other than the root 2a' of the motor attaching part, the effect of belt tension is not exerted on the load cell. As a result, the pressure of the resin can be detected with high precision.
