摘要： PURPOSE:To manufacture a block for connection having excellent characteristics by cutting a long-sized body, in which an internal semi-conducting layer, an insulating layer in non-crosslinking or incomplete crosslinking and an external semi-conducting layer are formed on the outer circumference of a central conductor, in required length and drawing the central conductor. CONSTITUTION:An internal semiconductor layer 15, an insulating layer 17 and an external semiconductor layer 19 are co-extruded and molded on the outer circumference of a central conductor 13 composed of a pipe made of a metal or a torsion wire having a circular cross section. A protective tape not shown and a temporary shielding layer 21 are mounted on the outside, thus forming a long-sized body 11. A crosslinking material is mixed into polyethylene in the three layers 15, 17, 19, and a dopant is mixed into the internal and external-semiconductor layers 15, 19, but the crosslinking material is not decomposed and is left as it is not reacted. The central conductor of the long-sized body 11 is charged and normal electric insulating performance is confirmed, the long-sized body 11 is cut in required length, the protective tape and the temporary shielding layer 21 are removed, and an end section is machined in a shape proper to the connection of a power cable. Accordingly, products having high reliability are mass-produced efficiently.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent adverse effect on the electric characteristics at a joint due to scratch on the cable insulator or on the inner face of a shrinkable insulation block when the shrinkable insulation block shrinks to hang down from the cable. CONSTITUTION:When a shrinkable insulation block 16 is mounted concentrically to a cable 11 on a supporting table 18 and thermally shrinked, the supporting table 18 is constituted of a seat 22 and a lifter 23 therefor and the temperature of the shrinkable insulation block 16 is detected by means of a thermocouple 21. When the shrinkable insulation block 16 begins to shrink at a shrinking temperature, it is lifted at a predetermined rate to be arranged concentrically to the cable so long as thermal shrinkage proceeds.

摘要： PURPOSE:To shorten the time required for making a joint by impregnating a crosslinked polyethylene block for insulation block with a yet reacted crosslinking agent hating lower decomposing temperature than a crosslinking agent employed in crosslinking of the polyethylene block and a cable insulator. CONSTITUTION:An insulation block 17 for jointing a crosslinked polyethylene insulated power cable 21 is prepared by impregnating a crosslinked polyethylene block 11, molded to be suitable for joint of the crosslinked polyethylene insulated power cable 21, with yet reacted crosslinking agent. The crosslinking agent for the crosslinked polyethylene block 11 has lower decomposing temperature than the crosslinking agent employed in crosslinking of the crosslinked polyethylene block 11 and a cable insulator 25. The crosslinked polyethylene block 11 is integrated with the cable insulator 25. Consequently, the cable insulator 25 and the crosslinked polyethylene block 11 can be bonded at the interface resulting in shortenining of jointing time.

摘要： PURPOSE:To shorten the length of the connecting section of a power cable, and to reduce an outside diameter by abutting an insulating block composed of cylindrical incomplete crosslinking polyethylene containing an unreacted crosslinking material against the connecting section of the power cable, superposing a heat-shrinkable tubing on the outside of the insulating block and heating and pressing the tubing. CONSTITUTION:The end section of a power cable to be connected is peeled in a stepped shape, and external semiconducting layers 51a, 51b, insulators 47a, 47b, internal semiconducting layers 45a, 45b and cable conductors 41a, 41b are exposed. The cable conductors 41a, 41b are welded and bonded 43. An insulating block 33 consisting of an internal semiconducting layer 23, an incomplete crosslinking polyethylene insulator 21 and an external semiconducting layer 29 is abutted against the connecting section of the cable, and semiconducting heat-shrinkable tubings 49a, 49b are superposed on the outer circumference of the insulating block 33. Crosslinking is advanced through heating and pressing, and the stepped peeling section of the cable and the insulating block 33 are fast stuck. Accordingly, the length of the connecting section is shortened, and an outside diameter is reduced.

When the surfaces of the insulator 25 and cable insulators 17a and 17b start to melt in the temperature rising process from a room temperature to a crosslinking temperature, the smooth internal surface of the tube 13 is pressed against the insulators 25, 17a, and 17b with a pressing force, since the tube 13 does not start to melt. As a result, the surfaces of the insulators become smooth.

摘要： The present invention proposes a heat pipe heat exchanger comprising a hot gas flow duct, a cold gas flow duct and a plurality of heat pipes each with spiral fins around thereof that are installed horizontally a little slanted so that an end of each heat pipe in said hot gas flow duct becomes a little lower than the other end, and that said spiral fins are winding clockwise around some of the heat pipes and counterclockwise around some other heat pipes. This device can prevent a bias flow of the steel balls at the so-called shot cleaning process performed for elimination of dust deposited on the heat pipes by arranging a layout of the two kinds of heat pipes, namely the heat pipes with clockwise winding fins around thereof and the heat pipes with counterclockwise winding fins, and if required, can even control the flow of the steel balls so that they gather onto the area where more dust is deposited.
