摘要： PURPOSE:To attain high-density circuit integration, by constituting a coupling circuit with two current mirror circuits. Then, the current flows to a path of power supply 6b 5c of current mirror circuit Hb 2c of current mirror circuit Hb, and a signal current flows from an output terminal 3c of the current mirror circuit Hb to a circuit B. Thus, two circuits driven with different power supplies having different ground points can be coupled.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent the delay in detection of a response by bringing the input of a low pass filter into a waveform like a continuous waveform even if the response is bridged from a ringing transmission period to a silent transmission period. CONSTITUTION:Since a call signal flows to a resistor RA during the ringing transmission period, a waveform (d) is obtained at the output of a current detector DET and if a subscriber terminal responds at t=0, the output is superimposed with a loop current and then the output of the detector DET is lost when the period is switched into the silent transmission period at t=1. Since the output shown in (e) is obtained for the loop current during the silent transmission period as the supervising output of a DC feeding circuit 2, the input waveform of the low pass filter LPF is switched automatically and the synthesis of the waveforms (d) and (e) is used as an input to the LPF. Thus a waveform excluding an AC signal component from the input is outputted as the output of the LPF and the response is detected by comparing the waveform with a reference voltage V0 at a comparator CMP.

摘要： PURPOSE:To detect grounding and to attain one line actuation, by detecting the grounding of a subscriber line with the output of a comparator means in a subscriber circuit feeding power to the subscriber line from the power supply at a station in floating state. CONSTITUTION:As a comparator means, a comparator COMP, a series resistor RC, and a preset reference potential VDET are used. The comparator COMP usea a voltage generated across the resistor RC as one (+) input, and compares a feedback current I1 with the VDET set the other input (-), and when the I1 exceeds a prescribed value and the voltage drop across the RC exceeds the reference voltage, the comparator COMP outputs a signal from an output terminal OUT. Thus, grounding of a subscriber line as a failure, grounding at one line start by grounding one of the subscriber lines with key operation at a telephone set, are detected through the presence of the signal at the OUT.

The current I0 of the constant source CI is set to set output-side currents of the current amplifiers AAb and AAa flowing through the lines A and B to a specified value. Thus, a colorific value is decreased without deteriorating detection sensitivity.

摘要： PURPOSE:To make it possible to protect precisely a feeder and a subscriber's circuit in case that the earth is generated in the line, by providing with a protective circuit of such a type to connect a power source connecting circuit between the battery input terminal of the feeder and the battery. CONSTITUTION:In a normal time, ground-fault detector circuit X is in an inoperative state, and switching transistor TrQ3 of power source connection circuit W is saturated by saturation control resistor R6, and battery input terminal B of feeder S and battery -VB are in a conductive state. Next, when the earth is generated in the A line, the current is flown to the circuit of Zener diode D1, resistances R7 and R8 and battery -VB, and controlling TrQ4 is saturated and is turned on. As a result, TrQ3 is subjected to non-saturation control and is cut off to separate feeder S and battery -VB, thereby protecting feeder S and a subscriber's circuit.

Then, signal distribution input SD transmitted from the channel control circuit is supplied to subscriber's circuits to operate relays A and B (these operate inversion contact a). Thus, all control functions other than voice communication is performed in subscriber's circuits 11 and 12.

When the interruption of current is desired, a negative feedback path of a current transfer circuit is interrupted with transistors (TRs)Q1,Q2, the internal resistance of the circuit 11 is made to almost 44kOMEGA. In the circuit 12 consisting of gate turn-off PNPN switches S1-S4, between the gate and cathode of PNN switches S1-S4 are short-circuited with TRQ3-Q6 when the current interruption is desired, to interrupt current by the aid of high internal resistance of the circuit 11.
