摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make telephone systems in an enterprise efficient by realizing optimum wait control and distribution control for an incoming call for each point of a call center system. SOLUTION: A call center system consists of points interconnected by a WAN 105, and each point has a function of executing wait control to an incoming call and a function of executing distribution control to other points. A call history information transmission reception control section 114 in each point adds call history information denoting a waiting control state and a transfer state to the incoming call to be transferred to the other points and receives the call history information added to an incoming call from the other points conversely. A wait control section 112 executes wait control and distribution control to the incoming call corresponding to the call history information based on the call history information received by the call history information transmission reception control section 114.

Therefore, the storage capacity of the buffer memories 36-38 can be reduced, and the management of the buffer memory is performed in the same form as in buffer memories 14-16, thereby it is simplified.

Then the called device 79 monitors a speech of the incoming call from a speaker of a telephone set 78. Then the called device 79 enters an additional request and sends the entered additional request to the exchange 72 via the incoming call transfer device 73 and the exchange 72 executes the processing in response to the additional request. Thus, the speech in addition to the called party is conducted without interrupting the current speech.

摘要： PURPOSE:To reduce the cost for line use by disconnecting a line immediately when reception is disabled or to transfer data to another terminal when the reception is disabled. CONSTITUTION:The LAN-to-LAN connecting device 14a sends a node state confirmation packet PKTC for confirming a terminal state to the LAN terminal under control. Once the confirmation packet is received, a normal terminal sends a response packet back to the LAN-to-LAN connecting device 14a, but a terminal which is unable to receive data owing to a cable disconnection or other faults does not send a response packet back. The LAN-to-LAN connecting device discriminates the receivable/unreceivable state of the terminal according to whether the response packet is received or not and stores the state. When a specific LAN terminal terminates and can receive the data, the data sent from an opposite LAN terminal are received and sent back to a LAN 11a, but when the data can not be received, the line is disconnected immediately. When a transfer destination is registered for an unreceivable terminal, the received data are transferred to the transfer destination.

The multiplexed data are demultiplexer by the line adaptor section 20A, voice and low speed data are switched by a low speed data switch 21 and high speed data are switched by a high speed data switch 22. Then the low speed data switch 21 and the high speed data switch 22 are subjected to changeover control by a processing unit 33. Thus, the man-machine interface at maintenance operation is considerably improved.
