摘要： When handover control is performed in a wireless communication system in which a plurality of base stations and a plurality of mobile stations communicate wirelessly, the necessary radio resources are secured beforehand in a handover-destination radio base station before handover is performed, and handover is executed thereafter. In order to secure the radio resources, one or more mobile stations that are already communicating via the handover-destination base station are forcibly handed over to another radio base station, whereby the radio resources of the handover-destination radio base station are secured. This is followed by executing handover.

摘要： There is provided a connection destination base station decision device capable of improving the novel connection ratio of a mobile terminal requiring a high-speed data transfer and improving the handover success ratio. The device includes: storage means for storing information indicating the radio base station which has transmitted a signal received with intensity above a certain level at a mobile terminal and information indicating a free resource amount in the radio base station; selection means for selecting as a connection destination radio base station a radio base station which is different from a radio base station having the maximum free resource amount among the radio base stations having a free resource amount not smaller than the resource amount required by the aforementioned mobile terminal; and notification means for notifying the selected radio base station that the mobile terminal is connected.

摘要： A method for allocating data transmitted to a receiver selected from a plurality of receivers (mobile station devices) to a radio signal channel shared by the receivers. A transmitter (base station device) receives reception quality data on each receiver transmitted periodically from the receiver and determines a future predicted value of the reception quality of each receiver at the time of data transmission through a radio signal channel on the basis of the received one or more past reception quality data sets and the current reception quality data of each receiver. The transmitter selects a receiver according to the future predicted value of each receiver at the time of data transmission, allocates the transmission data to be transmitted to the selected receiver to the radio signal channel, and transmits the transmission data. Since a receiver is selected on the basis of the future predicted value concerning the reception quality at the time of data transmission, the receiver in the best reception state can be adequately selected when data is transmitted, thus improving the throughput.
