The decoder 30 changes the decoded data in a prescribed time just after the decoding start, controls its own adaptive gain parameter, or changes the adaptive parameter at the time of the decoding start. Thus, the generation of the noise at the time of the decoding start due to failure in the decoding of the received data in the period of the pull-out can be reduced.
