Beams outgoing from the optical fiber bundle 24 are received by an image processor 14, and prescribed image processing is executed. At this time, on the image converting plate 21, a phosphor layer is formed on the supporting body of a glass plate, and the protective film of the glass plate is laminated on the phospher layer by sticking.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve moisture resistance and prevent deterioration to be caused by a bonding agent by sandwiching a phosphor layer between a glass support body and a glass-made protection film and bonding the fluorescencer layer to the support body covered with a resin film. CONSTITUTION:A glass plate of 300mum is used as a support body 1 and a protection film 13. A phosphor layer 2 composed of an accelerated phosphor, a binder and a solvent is formed in a thickness of 300mum on the protection film 13. BaBr2:Eu, BaCl2:Eu and the like are used as the accelerated phosphor. Acrylic resin, polyester resin and the like are used as a resin binder. Acetone, toluene and the like capable of dissolving resin are used as the solvent. These are mixed at a rate of 100:1:25 and the phosphor layer 2 is formed by means of the doctor blade method. A resin film 11 in a thickness of 15mum is applied to the phosphor layer 2 to bond to the support body 1. A polyester film, a PET film and the like are used as the resin film 11.

摘要： PURPOSE:To increase the sensitivity and resolution by forming a white oxide film between the fluorescent material layer and an aluminium-made support member. CONSTITUTION:A solvent (60g of toluene), a plasticizer (24g of dibutylephthalate) and a binder (36g) are added to a fluorescent material of brightening property BaBr2:Eu (300g), the resulting mass being mixed together with use of a propel lent mixer. After degassing of a coating solution in vacuum, the resulting solu tion was coated on a sheet of glass (150mum thick) by use of a doctor blade. The film thickness was made 300mum. After the coated film was dried, a fluores cent material layer 7 thus obtained is bonded, by use of an epoxy resin 5, to an aluminum plate 6 whose surface was subjected to almite treatment (6a). The brightening luminescence when an X-ray of 10mR has been irradiated onto this X-ray picture image conversion sheet and in two minutes this sheet is scanned at a speed of 40m/s by a semiconductor laser (780 nm) of 20m W is measured with use of a multiplier phototube. Then, decrease in resolution is lessened and the sensitivity is increased up to a level which is about twice higher than otherwise.
