    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the distance between a new electric wire and an old one when it is replaced by structuring suspension wheels with upper and lower frames, a connector, upper and lower blocks, electric wire passing holes, electric wire passages, opening and closing units and a manual locking device. SOLUTION: This suspension wheel 1 comprises frames 2, a connector 3, blocks 4, electric wire passing holes 5, electric wire passages 6, opening and closing units 7 and a manual locking device 8. The connector 3 connects both frames 2 pivotally about a shaft in the horizontal direction from the linear state in the vertical direction to a bent state of generally a V-shape. An old electric wire is passed through the upper electric wire passing hole 5 and a new electric wire through the lower passing hole 5. When the new electric wire is given tension, the connector 3 causes the upper and lower frames 2 to rotate about the shaft in the horizontal direction. As a result, the linear state in the vertical direction is changed to a bent state of generally a V-shape so that the old and new electric wires are put into a horizontal state and the distance between them becomes shortest. In such a way, the distance between the old and new electric wires can be shortened when the new electric wire which is passed through the wire passing hole 5 is replaced with the old one.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide flow control equipment that can perform opening/closing operation of a fluid passage smoothly and safely without the risk of causing the deformation and damage of constituent members by fluid pressure even in the case of being used for the control of a high pressure fluid. SOLUTION: A spindle 9 of a switching valve 1 is formed of an upper spindle constituent member 9a and a lower spindle constituent member 9b rotatably connected to each other, and energized downward by a spring 13. A plug body 11 is provided at the lengthwise intermediate part of the lower spindle constituent member 9b. Pressure receiving part 48 with O-rings 39 are provided at both upper and lower side parts of the plug body 11 in the lower spindle constituent member 9b, and seal members 39 are brought into pressure contact with a lower spindle constituent member accommodating vertical through-hole 25 and the wall of an adaptor 30 in a case 2.
