摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the fatigue reductions and safeties of worker, by releasing the fixations of hanging hardwares for fixing a supporting line on respective poles in a working span to clamp the supporting line and weight a wire grip present in the root portion of a pole, and by cutting the supporting line present between its clamping point and the pole to relax the wire grip and take down gradually the supporting line to ground. SOLUTION: A communication line embraced by hangers H is cut at a predetermined length by a cutting tool operated from the ground, and one end portion of the cut communication line is gripped by a pulling-out tool operated from the ground to pull out the cut communication line from the hangers H of a supporting line B. Then, releasing the fixations of hanging hardwares K for fixing the supporting line B on respective poles P present in a working span, and clamps G the supporting line B before cutting the end portion of the working span, a wire grip M present in the root portion of a pole P is brought into a weigh-able state, and thereafter, the supporting line B present between its clamp G and the pole P is cut to relax the wire grip M and take down gradually the supporting line B to ground. Thereby, eliminating any high lift work, the quantitative reduction and safety of a communication- line removing work can be improved.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conduct cutting work for a slot rod safely without having on an optical fiber conductor in optical fiber cable connection shifting work, by using a slot rod cutting tool consisting of two types of tools for both circumferential and lengthwise cutting. SOLUTION: A circumferential cutting tool is fixed by receiving a slot rod B end on a base 82, is able to conduct cutting to a prescribed depth by pressing a circular blade 8 from the above to rotate itself around the slot rod B, and is formed with a measure 83 disposed on the side so as to determine the position of the blade 8 to the side of the slot rod B end. A lengthwise cutting tool is able to conduct cutting in the middle of the rod B without fail by setting the central direction of the rod at the V-shaped groove 91 bottom of the base 92 and pressing and penetrating a straight blade 9 facing a V-shaped groove 91 bottom beneath it. A penetrating depth is so constructed as to set its limit, thus it is possible to positively adjust the penetrating degree of the blade 9 up to a tension member surface.

Stoppers 5 are provided at both end parts of the rail and constituted in such a way as to be stopped by the contact of the transporter 7. The transporter 7 is formed of a motive power unit 8 with an engine mounted thereon, and a truck 9 for loading equipment and material ; and a sensor 6 sensing an obstruction on the rail to stop is installed at the tip of the motive power unit 8. With the use of such a construction method, a large effect can be obtained in an area difficult of access.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent an accident by using an aramid fiber for vertical and horizontal ropes constituting meshes and glass fiber reinforced plastic for a rope connector respectively in stringing transmission lines between adjacent steel towers. CONSTITUTION:Aramid fiber spread ropes 4 are suspended to bus ropes 2 with fiberglass reinforced plastic(FRP) connectors 5 arranged at an interval of 15m each, and connected to drawing ropes 3. Spread ropes 4 are disposed in tension to the bus ropes 2 by rolling up the drawing ropes 3 with a one-way steel tower A(C). To each rear end of the spread ropes 4 aramid fiber vertical ropes 6 are connected, which are suspended to the bus ropes 2 with FRP connectors 5 fixed at an interval of 2m each. Between each connector 5 at the same position as the vertical ropes 6 disposed in an array aramid fiber horizontal ropes 7 are latched to constitute a net section 8 by the vertical rope 6 and horizontal rope 7. By drawing the spread ropes 4 on the steel tower A(C) side at the same time, net sections 8 are spread under the space for prearranged cable extension.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enable a wire to be extended in a longer section at a stroke while reducing damages on the wire by using a caterpillar type metal wheel in which wire holding pieces are arranged with fixed spaces on an endless piece fixing member. CONSTITUTION:A caterpillar metal wheel C constitutes a main unit frame 3 connecting a plate material of almost oval or trapezoidal front face to be overlapped with a predetermined space. A rail part 1 is constituted folding the main unit frame 3 in its peripheral edge respectively to the outer side 90 deg. providing a protruding arm serving as a rail 11. Upper and bottom rollers 4, 5 are mounted on both legs of a bed part 6 sliding on the rail part 1. While a piece fixing member 8 is fixedly connected endlessly to an upper side 7 of the bed part 6. Further wire holding pieces 10 are fixed to the outside of the bed part 6 holding the piece fixing member 8. This caterpillar metal wheel C is suspended by the arm point end of each steel tower between wire extension spans. A towing rope, connecting a wire, is pulled through being wound on the caterpillar metal wheel C, and the wire is arranged between the drawn wire spans. By the method thus obtained, the wire is given less damages.
