    • PURPOSE:To eliminate troublesomeness in self-photographing by comparing 1st range-finding data obtained and stored by performing range-finding at the time of starting a sequence for performing self-photographing with 2nd range- finding in a fixed cycle thereafter and judging that a photographer gets in a photographing position when the range-finding data changes. CONSTITUTION:A self LED 32 is turned on and a range-finding part 16 is allowed to perform range-finding, then the 1st range-finding data at the time of depressing a shutter release switch SP is inputted and stored. After a fixed time elapses, the range-finding part 16 is allowed to perform the range-finding and the 2nd range-finding data is inputted. Then, the 1st range-finding data stored is compared with the 2nd range-finding data obtained by performing the range-finding after the fixed time. When the 2nd range-finding data is smaller than the 1st range-finding data consecutively twice, it is judged that the photographer gets in the specified photographing position. Thus, there is no bustle that the photographer poses and a failure that a waiting time becomes long is eliminated. Furthermore, a series of range-finding operation for performing the range-finding before starting the self-operation is made needless.

    • PURPOSE:To provide finder structure for a camera provided with a panoramic photographing function in which a visual field frame is switched to a frame for ordinary photographing and a frame for panoramic photographing in accordance with a photographing mode, and where dust is prevented from infiltrating into the inner side of a finder by obtaining structure that link between a switching operation part and a visual field frame switching mechanism in the photographing mode is performed through a single hole formed in a finder housing. CONSTITUTION:A panoramic visual field frame 15 is supported to freely slide on a visual field frame plate 10 where an ordinary visual field frame 11 is formed. By allowing the frame 15 to slide, the range of the frame 11 is moved forward and backward. The frame 15 is allowed to slide by turning a visual field frame switching lever 20 turnably supported by the housing 23 of the finder. The tip part of the shaft part 22 of the lever 20 is projected to the outside of the finder from the hole 24, and a finder driving lever 25 is linked with the tip part, and a photographing mode switching lever 30 is linked with the lever 25.

    • PURPOSE:To provide finder structure for a camera capable of adjusting spatial parallax caused between a photographing optical system and a finder by dividing the component of the finder into two blocks and allowing the two blocks to freely move in a direction crossing with the optical axis of the finder. CONSTITUTION:An object side block 1 is constituted by holding an objective lens in an objective side housing, and an ocular side block 3 is constituted by holding an erect optical system and an ocular in an ocular side housing. A screw hole 11a is formed on an engaging projecting part 11 and a slot 12a is formed on a flange part 12 in the objective side housing. An engaging recessped part 13 in which the engaging projecting part 11 is housed and an engaging pin 14 inserted in the slot 12a are formed in the ocular side housing. The ocular side housing is allowed to freely move in the direction crossing with the optical axis of the finder by guiding the recessed part 13 by the projecting part 11 and guiding the engaging pin 14 by the slot 12a. A spacer 7 having desired thickness is allowed to intervene between the projecting part 11 and the recessed part 13 as necessary.
