摘要： PURPOSE:To perform a high accuracy synchronized operation control, irrespective of whether a load is large or small, even at the time of operation for hoisting said load with other loads, by opposite-phase braking respective motors at the time of operation for lowering and hoisting multiple loads by plural winding machines so as to correct a phase shift. CONSTITUTION:At the time of lowering operation, thyristors TH1, TH2 are ignition-controlled by first and second speed control systems in the winding direction so as to be placed in the oppositephase braking state. When the misregistration caused by the imbalance between motors M1, M2 is generated during said lowering operation, a stroke difference is detected by pulse generators PG1, PG2 and a synchronized operation regulator SDC2, a correction signal is obtained on the basis of misregistration data, and a speed command value corrected by said correction signal is inputted to the second control system to control the motor M2.

CONSTITUTION:A number of motors M are energized from anti-parallel thyristor converters Rec and are controlled by a current loop having a current controller ACR and a speed loop having a speed controller ASR. The target value of the speed controller ASR is introduced through a setting potentiometer SP and an acceleration and deceleration speed calculator HLR from each ration setting unit DR, and a signal through the differentiating circuit D from the calculator HLR is applied through an adjustable voltage divider VR2 to the additional input circuit 1 of the speed controller ASR. Consequently, a compensation signal corresponding to the necessary acceleration and deceleration torque can be applied to each motor M, and the speed ratio can be preferably maintained.

When becoming a drive mode, a large resistance value is connected with the secondary winding irrespective of the speed, the switch 23 is first operated to shortcircuit the resistor 6, and the switch 26 is then operated to shortcircuit the resistor 7, and the switch 29 is further operated to shortcircuit all the resistors.

This signal Tp is limited to a small value by a clamping diode 90D provided in the filter 90 and supplied to a comparator 92. In this manner, a phenomenon for erroneously detecting the inversion of polarity near the zero of the rotating speed can be prevented.
