    • PURPOSE:To discover easily and surely the disconnected point of the internal conductor of one phase among three-phase AC circuits in which the neutral point is grounded by detecting the change in the voltage phase between the power source side and load side of the disconnected point by a field sensor from the outside of an insulation covering. CONSTITUTION:The neutral point 1N of a three-phase AC power source 1 is grounded and when the S phase is disconnected, the voltage vector Ex appearing at the S phase terminal 2S of load 2 or the point 3B on the disconnected load side has 1/2 size and the phase different by 180 deg. with respect to the voltage vector Es of the S phase terminal 1S of the power source. If the voltage phase of the R phase which is a defectless phase is used as a reference, the S phase voltage is in the phase delayed by 120 deg. at the point 3A on the disconnected power source side and changes to the phase advanced by 60 deg. at the point 3B. A field sensor consisting of an electrooptical crystal such as LiNbO3 is provided to the outside of the insulation covering of the defectless phase R and the disconnected phase S and the moment of the zero voltage detected by both sensors when the sensor of the S phase is moved is compared. A phase difference is thus decided and the disconnected place is determined.

    • PURPOSE:To extract a signal superimposed on a distribution line or the like based on a voltage induced in a coil, by providing the coil contactlessly with a core wire of the distribution line or the like at a location subject to the effect of a magnetic ield produced around the distribution line. CONSTITUTION:The magnetic field H at a distance (r) to the coil 6 is expressed as H=I/2pir [AT/m]. The total magnetic flux phi is expressed as Equation 1, where B=muH [wb/m ] is magnetic flux density and (a) is radius of the coil 6 in [m]. Further, a voltage E induced in the coil 6 is expressed in Equation 2, where N is the number of windings of the coil 6. The induced voltage E is in- creased with the coil 6 wound on a ferromagnetic substance 7. Since the relation of E0/E=f0/f is established, where f[Hz] is commercial frequency, f0[Hz] is signal frequency, and E[V], E0[V] are output voltages at respective magnetic field, a signal superimosed is detected on the basis of the induced voltage of the coil 6.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce greatly both the ground leakage current and the fault current by connecting a coupling accumulator between a high voltage distribution line and the ground when necessary. CONSTITUTION:A signal coupling device 2A contains a coupling accumulator 5, an impedance 5, a high-frequency signal detector 6 which serves as a means that detects the high-frequency signal flowing to a high voltage distribution line 1 with insulation from this line and transmits the detected signal to a data transmitter 3A, and a switch means which turns on and off the accumulator 4. The transmitter 3A is provided with a reception circuit 8 which supplies the detection signal sent from the detector 6, a transmission circuit 9 which has its output terminal connected to both ends of the impedance 5 so as to transmit a prescribed data signal to the line 1, and an application circuit 10 for the means 7. A control circuit 11 decodes the detection signal given from the detector 6 by the reception signal sent from the circuit 8 and controls the open/close of the means 7.
