摘要： PURPOSE:To provide an air purifier for a clean room in which it can be installed in the clean room without requiring improvement work of a ceiling part and a wall part of the existing clean room and the entire in the clean room can be uniformly cleaned. CONSTITUTION:The air purifier is equipped with an air fan unit 3 located on an inside wall surface of a room at least one side surface of which is to be cleaned and a duct 4 extending horizontally from the upper part of the air fan unit 3. The air fan unit 3 comprises an air suction inlet at the lower part thereof and interiorly an air passage in which an air fan is provided. The air fan unit 3 and the duct 5 are arranged such that an upper end surface of the air fan unit and the upper surface of the duct form a horizontal surface. Thus, a filter 5 for air purification is mounted and fixed on and to the lower surface of the duct 4.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air cleaner capable of attaining a sufficient amount of air and uniform distribution of air blowing speed even if many filters are arranged. SOLUTION: This air cleaner device comprises an air blowing device 2 arranged in an inner side surface of a room to be cleaned; a plurality of duct devices 3 continuously extended from the upper part of the air blowing device 2 in a horizontal direction; and a side surface chamber 4 arranged in side-by-side relation with the duct devices 3. The air blowing device 2 is of a package type having an air suction port at its lower part and further having inside it a compressor, a heat exchanger and a blower from a lower part in this order. The passage extends from an upper discharging port through a canvas and reaches the chamber. A ceiling segment is divided into a group of first duct devices and a group of second duct devices having filters therein and there is no direct communication between them. The group of first duct devices feed air from the chamber through an air volume control device. The group of second duct devices are placed adjacent to the group of first duct devices and far from the blower device 2 so as to feed air from the chamber through the side surface chamber 4 and they may blow air from the group of filters into a lower chamber.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformly clean the entire inside of a clean room, by mounting a filter for cleaning air onto the lower surface of a duct being extended in a horizontal direction from the upper part of a blast unit, and at the same time by composing the duct by a plurality of duct unit being jointed by an internal flange. SOLUTION: In a room 1 to be used as a clean room, a blast unit 3 and an air-cleaning device 2 are provided. In the blast unit 3, a fan 3d, a fan coil 3e, a compressor 3f, and the like are provided inside. The air-cleaning device 2 consists of a wind conduit (duct) being extended from the upper part of the blast unit 3 along a lower surface 1b of ceiling. The duct 4 consists of a plurality of duct units 4, and each duct is connected via the internal flange. Also, in each duct unit 4, a filter is fitted to a downward opening part being provided at the duct unit via a gasket, and, furthermore, a punching plate 7 is provided, where the punching plate 7 is used as an air outlet being directed to all directions in the room 1.

摘要： PURPOSE: To simplify the attaching and detaching operation and to enhance the airtightness by using a gasket with a viscoelastic sealant provided on both sides of the core material. CONSTITUTION: A duct chamber 2 is provided along the lower face of a ceiling plate 1, an air blowoff port 3 is provided to the chamber, and an air filter 5 is pressed and fixed on the blowoff port 3 through a gasket 4. The gasket 4 is obtained by laminating 3 flat viscoelastic sealant consisting of a silicone gel on both sides of the core material consisting of an org.-fiber reticular woven fabric and integrating the laminate utilizing also the adhesion of the sealant. Accordingly, the airtightness of the gasket is attained only by tightening a machine screw on the downstream side of the filter, and the airtightness between the duct chamber and air filter is sufficiently secured.
