    • The invention relates to ionomer particles comprising an inner area and an outer area. The invention further relates to methods for producing said ionomer particles, kits for producing medically or dentally useable cements containing the inventive ionomer particles and a separate curable polymer matrix, cements made therefrom, and uses of the ionomer particles and kits.
