摘要： The invention relates to a method for filling, closing, folding and transporting (tobacco) pouches (10). A revolver (24) is provided, said revolver rotating about a horizontal axis and comprising preferably six receiving elements (28) that are arranged along the periphery in the region of flat wall sections (29), said receiving elements being provided, respectively, for each pouch (10). Said pouches are transported further by the revolver (24), in a synchronised rotational manner, through several processing stations, in particular though a filling station, a suction station, a closing station and a winding station. Several part revolvers can be arranged adjacent to each other in the axial direction, respectively with corresponding receiving elements (28).

摘要： In the production of cigarette packages (10) of the flip-top box type, folding tabs, particularly side tabs, are commonly equipped with glue for forming side walls of the package, and the exterior side tabs are subsequently folded. The gluing is carried out by means of both cold glue and hot glue. During certain operational phases only one type of glue is applied in order to ensure that the package is brought into an exact shape during varying hardening times, before the glue bonds have cured. The invention further ensures that the exposure time in a drying turret is sufficient in order to allow at least one of multiple glue types to cure.

Then the inner and outer flaps 24, 25 are stuck to each other via numerous adhesive spots 26 which have been applied in advance on an outer side of the inner flap 24.

The cut-off blanks 10 are piled up in a storage for piling-up, and the piled-up blanks 10 are supplied to a conveyer that carries the piled-up blanks.
