摘要： A method of manufacturing a rotor of an electric motor, the rotor including a laminated core of multilayer structure formed from electromagnetic thin plates laminated in an axial direction of a rotational shaft, and a pair of end plates disposed on opposite sides in the axial direction of the laminated core, and the rotor being rotatably disposed in an inside of a stator, the method including: fitting the rotational shaft into an insertion hole formed in a center region of the end plates having elasticity in a direction of plate thickness; positioning the end plates at specified position on the rotational shaft; and abutting either one of the end plates in elastically deformed state to at least one end of the laminated core.

摘要： A rotor of an electric motor, including a rotor core (16) having a plurality of magnet-retaining apertures (14), a plurality of permanent magnets (18) individually received and retained in the magnet-retaining apertures (14) of the rotor core, and a resinous filler filling (22) a gap defined between each magnet-retaining aperture (14) and each permanent magnet (18) and fixing the permanent magnets (18) to the magnet-retaining apertures (14). The rotor also includes an engaging projection (30) provided in the rotor core, the engaging projection tightly engaged with each of the permanent magnets (18) received in the magnet-retaining apertures (14) and temporarily holding each permanent magnet (18) at a predetermined position in a corresponding magnet-retaining aperture (14), in an unfinished state of the rotor where the resinous filler (22) is not arranged in the gap.

摘要： An electric motor capable of easily obtaining a required output characteristic. Two separated windings are provided for each of phases U, V, W. Connector units A-I for connecting the windings, and amplifier connection terminals AT1, AT2 are provided. By selectively setting connection states of the connector units A-I, an electric motor having stator windings in a star connection in series or parallel, or an electric motor having stator windings in a delta connection in series or parallel is obtained. By connecting amplifiers to the amplifier connection terminals AT1, AT2 separately, and selecting the connection states of the connector units A-I, an electric motor having an output characteristic equivalent to two electric motors can be obtained. Depending on a machine to which an electric motor is to be applied, an electric motor having an optimum output characteristic can be obtained only by selecting the connection states of the connector units.
