SOLUTION: The fluid transmission device 1 has a pump impeller 10 and a turbine liner 11, where fluid is circulated in a circulation passage formed between the pump impeller and the turbine liner so that rotating power is transmitted via the fluid from the pump impeller to the turbine liner. It includes a lock-up clutch 24 for connecting the turbine liner to a driving shaft, and a damper mechanism 40 provided between the turbine liner and the lock-up clutch. The damper mechanism includes an inertia mass body 41 rotatable relative to the lock-up clutch and the turbine liner, a first elastic body 42 for connecting the inertia mass body to the lock-up clutch, and a second elastic body 43 for connecting the inertia mass body to the turbine liner. The first elastic body is arranged on the inner diameter side more than the maximum bulge point of the turbine liner, while the second elastic body is arranged on the outer diameter side more than the maximum bulge point of the turbine liner.
