摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a partial discharge detector and a method of detecting partial discharges that dispense with extension of signal cables, optical fibers, or the like beforehand to transmit electrification voltage information, are utilized at almost all places, and are executed easily and transmit information on electrification voltages at low costs.
SOLUTION: An electrification information transmission system 100 includes: a sinusoidal wave-rectangular wave conversion circuit 121 for taking in an electrification voltage signal from an electrification device 110 for converting to rectangular waves in synchronization with the electrification voltage signal; a level adjustment circuit 122 for adjusting rectangular waves to the input level of a portable telephone 130; portable telephones 130, 140 for transmitting rectangular waves in synchronization with the electrification voltage signal by radio; a level adjustment circuit 150 for demodulating the electrification voltage information from signals that have been transmitted by radio and for adjusting the output of the portable telephone 140 to the input of a partial discharge measuring instrument 160; and the partial discharge measuring instrument 160. A PC 170 correlates the electrification voltage information that has been transmitted by radio to partial discharge signals to measure partial discharge pulses.
