    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluidization promoting device for granular substances increased in maintainability by easily mounting and dismounting an elastic plate on and from the container and capable of performing an appropriate promotion of fluidization according to the content. SOLUTION: A tubular body 3 connected to a supply source for a pressurized gas is fitted to an inflow hole 2 for the pressurized gas formed in the side surface of the granular substance container 1. The elastic plate 7 closing the inflow hole is disposed on the inner wall surface of the container. A support bolt 5 is fixed to the elastic plate. The support bolt is inserted into the tubular body, and projected to the outside of the container. The elastic plate is abutted and held on the inner wall surface of the container by a holding means screwed onto the support bolt and holding it at the predetermined position of the tubular body.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder flow promoting device further enhancing a maintenance property by easily performing mounting/removal of the whole of the device to a vessel.
      SOLUTION: A cylinder body 3 having a flange 31 engaged with an inner wall of a flowing-in hole 2 at a distal end is engaged with the flowing-in hole 2 for a pressurization gas formed on a side surface of the powder vessel 1, and a fixing nut 5 is thread-engaged with a screw formed on an outer periphery of the cylinder body 3. The cylinder body 3 is fixed to the vessel side surface by clamping a flowing-in hole peripheral edge part of the vessel 1 by the fixing nut 5 and the flange 31, and an elastic plate 7 for closing the flowing-in hole 2 is mounted to a distal end side of the cylinder body 3 on an inner wall surface of the vessel 1. The elastic plate 7 is made to a size/shape capable of being taken in/out from the flowing-in hole 2 utilizing the elastic deformation and the flange 31 of the cylinder body 3 is made to a size/shape capable of being taken in/out from the flowing-in hole 2 to constitute the power flow promoting device.

      SOLUTION: The intermittent hitting apparatus is composed of a hitting apparatus body 1, a high-pressure gas feeding apparatus 2 and a high-pressure gas generating source 3. The high-pressure gas feeding apparatus 2 has the three-way valve 21 placed between the high-pressure gas generating source 3 and a gas feeding and exhausting opening 13 of the hitting apparatus body, a gas flow path 27 connecting the three-way valve 21 with the gas feeding and exhausting opening 13, and a pilot flow path 23 connected with an air-pressure pilot part 22 provided on the three-way valve 21 and placed through a speed controlling valve 26, and the pilot flow path 23 is connected with a pressure accumulating room 15 of the hitting apparatus body 1. By this constitution, a high-pressure gas is fed into the pressure accumulating room 15 from the surrounding of the valve element 14 of the hitting apparatus body 1, and when the pressure of the pilot flow path 23 is elevated and reaches a pilot pressure for changing the three-way valve 21, the three-way valve 21 is changed, and the high-pressure gas in the gas flow path 27 is exhausted and the high-pressure gas in the pressure accumulating room 15 pushes down a piston 11.
