    • A method, computer program product, and computer system for intelligently assigning a work task to an agent. From a database, the computer system retrieves information of a location of the work task and information of agent locations determined by a satellite navigation system. The computer system selects one or more candidate agents who are within a predetermined range of the location of the work task, based on the agent locations determined by the satellite navigation system. Retrieving network node data and location information of routers or repeaters in a network, the computer system determines locations of the one or more candidate agents. The computer system chooses a best available agent for the work task from the one or more candidate agents, based on the location of the work task and the locations of the one or more candidate agents.

    • A gauge mounting bracket for a snowmobile that allows hot gas in the engine compartment to circulate and escape through a plurality of side vent openings formed thereon. The mounting bracket allows the user to adjust the angular position of a speedometer or tachometer gauge on the dashboard of a snowmobile to accommodate riders who sit or stand while driving. The mounting bracket includes lower dashboard mounting surface and an upper gauge mounting surface. The lower dashboard mounting surface is flush mounted on the existing dashboard of a snowmobile while the upper gauge mounting surface is tilted upward and aligned 5 to 50 degrees from the dashboard mounting surface. During assembly, the mounting bracket is mounted over an existing or newly created hole in the dashboard that leads to the engine compartment. Heated air created in the compartment travels upward and rearward and then escapes through the vent openings.

    • Systems and methods are disclosed for detecting the connection of a FireWire peer to a FireWire device. In one embodiment, a device may determine whether a peer connection is present based on peer detection circuit configured in each FireWire port of a FireWire device. When no peer is connected to a device, a peer connection in the circuit may be open, and a current path through the circuit may provide a low detect signal, indicating that no peer is connected. When a peer is connected to a detecting device, the current may pass through a resistance in the detected peer to provide a high detect signal, indicating that a peer is connected. In some embodiments, once a peer is detected, the FireWire system of the detecting device may be powered on, and the peer detection circuit may be powered off.

    • Techniques for graph data structure management. In one aspect, a data structure includes a plurality of nodes connected by edges. A node of the data structure includes a current set of variables for defining a state of the node and at least one last-in, first-out stack for storing pointers to prior sets of variables for the node. The state of the node may be saved by adding a pointer to at least one of the stacks at the node. The state of the node may be restored by removing the pointer from the stack and restoring the node variables to those indicated by the pointer. A first counter associated with a stack at the node may store a number of pending saves at the node, while a second counter may store a number of saves to be propagated to descendents of the node. A state of the data structure may be saved by traversing other nodes of the data structure and adding pointers or incrementing counters at the nodes.
