    • PURPOSE:To obtain a type head having a simple structure and enabling high speed printing by providing a type needle so as to be protruded by an electromagnetic force acting between a flat plate like wound coil and a leaf spring comprising a good electric conductor adjacent thereto. CONSTITUTION:When impulse electric current is applied to a wound coil from a curent passing terminal 9, secondary current due to electromagnetic induction action is induced to a leaf spring 3 comprising a good electric conductor through a thin insulator 6. If said insulator 6 is extremely thin, said secondary current is formed into current distribution almost equal to that of the wound coil 1 and, moreover, because a direction thereof is reverse, an electromagnetic repelling force is generated between the wound coil 1 and the leaf spring 3 and a type needle 5 attached to a free end of the leaf spring 3 is protruded from a window 8 of a cover 7 to carry out printing. In this case, by selecting the leaf spring 3 from a material with high conductivity and good spring characteristics, a large driving force is instantaneously obtained and, because there is no staturation of the electromagnetic force, high speed printing is enabled.

    • PURPOSE:To provide multineedle electrode mechanism by which durability of recording paper can be improved and stable recording condition can be maintained by fixing linearly arranged needles at a given interval and bending the intervals to V shapes by a movable wedge and making them face the recording paper. CONSTITUTION:Electrical signals from an input terminal 11 are transmitted from a needle 8 at the front point of the through wedge to a recording paper 12 and a recording is made there 12. The recording paper 12 is sent in the direction shown by an arrow A and the recording needs 8 are pushed by rollers 14, 15 to a V-shaped wedge 13 the surface at least of which is composed of insulated material. Tension is given to the supporter 9 in an arrow direction B. The supporter 9 is moved finely and continuously in proportion as the recording paper 12 is sent, in consideration of electrical damage and wear due to the friction with the recording paper and in reserve before the recording needle is broken. Compression becomes constant, recorded color density stable, recorded locations is put in order and durability of the needles increases.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism which makes the cover of a passbook stand upright in a satisfactory condition when the cover is closed and smoothly conveys the passbook when the cover is closed.
      SOLUTION: At a passbook closing part 4, a page turning-over roller part 14, a conveying roller 15, a push-up guide 16 and a conveying guide 17 are provided. The page turning-over part 14 has a rubber tip roller 19 fixed to a shaft 18 and an idling roller 20 fitted loosely to the shaft 18. A projecting part 21 is formed on the circumferential part 19a of the rubber tip roller 19. The idling roller 20 is also provided at an opposite position to the cover 13a of the passbook 13. On the upper end part of the push-up guide 16, a guide part 16a which guides the cover 13a to a spot above the page turning-over roller part 14 is formed on the upper end part of the push-up guide 16. When the cover 13a is made to stand upright, the rubber tip roller 19 is rotated and at the same time, is also rotated, even when the passbook 13 is closed.

In addition, a medium detection sensor 1b is installed at a specified position on the inserter unit 1b side from a spot on the printable extreme left end part of the medium 31a by calculating the distance in the same manner as for the medium detection sensor 17a, when providing it. Besides, a control part is provided which parks the medium 31 to be printed after the medium 31 to printed first, while the printing is performed on the medium 31 to be printed first, only when the media 31a, 31b are detected by both medium detection sensors 17a, 17b.
