    • A connecting structure includes a hollow member or a half hollow member including two side portions opposed apart to each other; a collar; and a bolt. The collar includes two contact surfaces at both ends of the collar. The two contact surfaces are adapted to respectively abut on the two side portions between the two side portions. At least one of the two contact surfaces is formed with a receiving portion for caulking. Moreover, the collar is formed with a bolt-hole passing through the two contact surfaces. The collar is disposed between the two side portions, and is caulked with the hollow member or half hollow member at a caulked portion formed from at least one of the two side portions toward the receiving portion. The bolt is adapted to pass through the two side portions and the bolt-hole to connect the hollow member or half hollow member with another member.

    • An object of the present invention is to provide various flexible functional elements such as a film with a transparent conductive layer which is excellent in flexibility, more specifically, a film with the transparent conductive layer formed on a thin and flexible base film, and a flexible functional element selected from any of a liquid crystal display element, an organic EL element, and an electronic paper element as well as a flexible dispersion-type EL element, using the film with the transparent conductive layer, and a method for producing the same.There is provided a film with a transparent conductive layer, the layer being formed on a base film by a coating method, characterized in that the base film side of the film with the transparent conductive layer is lined with a support film having a low adhesive layer separable at an interface with the base film, the base film having a thickness of 3 to 25 μm, and that the transparent conductive layer is composed mainly of conductive oxide microparticles and a binder matrix, and a compression treatment is given thereto.

    • In a flexible transparent conductive film having a base film and a transparent conductive layer formed by coating the base film surface with a transparent conductive layer forming coating fluid, the base film is constituted of a plastic film of 3 to 50 μm in thickness having been provided with gas barrier function, the flexible transparent conductive film has a backing film laminated to one side of the base film in such a way as to be peelable at the interface thereof with the base film, the transparent conductive layer provided on the base film surface on its side opposite to the backing film is chiefly composed of conductive fine oxide particles and a binder matrix, and the transparent conductive layer has been subjected to compressing together with the base film and the backing film.
