摘要： The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a molten salt battery having a positive electrode, a negative electrode, a separator arranged between the positive electrode and the negative electrode, and an electrolyte salt, which is solid at normal temperature. The solid electrolyte salt is retained on a surface of at least one of the positive electrode, the negative electrode, and the separator prior to assembly of the battery. Then, the battery is assembled by housing the positive electrode, the negative electrode, and the separator in a battery case.

The flexible substrate has a U shaped bend along a line passing through the conductor opening section so as to envelop a magnetic material core. The magnetic material core is arranged in a state where its end face faces the bend of the flexible substrate, and the magnetic material core includes cut shapes provided at a portion of the end face. The portion at the end face faces coil conductor sections at the bend of the flexible substrate, and the cut shapes separate the portion apart from the coil conductor sections.

A nut 2 for fixing a characteristic-adjusting screw 1 is provided with a concave portion d in the vicinity to the axis of the fixing nut 2 and concaved in the thickness direction. A spring-washer 3 is provided with a convex portion p which is engaged with the concave portion d of the screw-fixing nut 2. The spring-washer 3 is sandwiched between a panel 4 and the screw-fixing nut 2. Then, the characteristic adjusting screw 1 is turned under an appropriate load. After the characteristic is adjusted, the screw-fixing nut 2 is tightened till the spring washer 3 is completely broken. Thus, these members are locked.

According to this arrangement, the operability of a surgeon can be improved by improving not only a curving operability but also the insertion operability of an inserting portion and the operability of a treatment tool.
