    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a microorganism-fermented product by which the yield of the microorganism-fermented product obtained from one batch of a reaction liquid can be improved by improving the reaction velocity for enzymatically hydrolyzing cellulose contained in a cellulose-containing material by pretreatment, and improving the conversion ratio of the cellulose to saccharides in the one batch of the reaction liquid. SOLUTION: The method for producing the microorganism-fermented product includes carrying out in order the alkali treatment of the cellulose-containing material, the cleaning of the alkali-treated cellulose-containing material with water or an acidic aqueous solution, the first enzyme treatment of bringing the cleaned cellulose-containing material into contact with an aqueous solution containing a cellulolytic enzyme at an enzyme activation temperature of the cellulolytic enzyme, the first fermentation treatment of bringing the obtained enzyme-treated reaction liquid into contact with the fermentation microorganisms at a fermentation activation temperature, the second enzyme treatment of regulating the obtained reaction liquid of the fermentation treatment at the enzyme activation temperature, and the second fermentation treatment of regulating the obtained enzyme-treated reaction liquid at the fermentation activation temperature.
