    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method of an underground structure which does not require labor at an installation site and can fulfill a function within a short period after the structure is transported.SOLUTION: A construction method of an underground structure comprises: fabrication of the underground structure 1; transportation thereof to an installation site after the fabrication; and installation of the underground structure into a predetermined embedding space 20 while the underground structure is kept in a transport state. The construction method allows the fabricated underground structure to be transported in a bag-like housing member 11 and to be embedded together with the bag-like housing member. By using the bag-like housing member, the construction method can easily load the fabricated underground structure as well as unload the same at an installation site and enables the bag-like housing member to function as a portion of the underground structure. When the underground structure needs to be a rainwater storage structure, a water impervious bag-like housing member can be used. When the underground structure needs to be a rainwater infiltration structure, a water permeable bag-like housing member can be used.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underground buried type rainwater utilization tank which is convenient as well as capable of effectively utilizing a space inside the same and dealing with an instance where a manual pump has a breakdown.SOLUTION: An underground buried type rainwater utilization tank 1 comprises: a tank main body 2; and an inlet 7 which is arranged at an upper section of the tank main body 2 with a ceiling section being opened and closed. The inlet 7 functions as an inspection port and is provided with a manual pump 12 or a bucket inside the same as water lifting means to pump up rain water W. In addition, the inlet 7 may have means (a waste removal filter) which prevents a hose connected to the manual pump 12 as well as a foreign matter generated when cleaning an object with the rainwater W pumped up from the tank main body 2 from falling to the tank main body 2.
