    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic waste treatment method which enables the enhancement of the efficiency of anaerobic digestion by accelerating solubilization and capable of performing the stable operation of an organic waste treatment apparatus by controlling the precipitation of MAP, and the organic waste treatment apparatus.
      SOLUTION: The organic waste treatment method has an anaerobic digestion process for digesting sludge by anaerobic organisms in an anaerobic digestion tank 10, a fine particle separation process for drawing out a part of the digested sludge in the anaerobic digestion tank 10 to separate fine particles containing magnesium ammonium phosphate from the drawn-out digested sludge and a solubilization process for drawing out a part of the digested sludge in the anaerobic digestion tank 10 to solubilize the drawn-out digested sludge to the anaerobic digestion tank 10. In the fine particle separation process, at least a part of the digested sludge after the separation of fine particles is returned to the anaerobic digestion tank 10.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological deodorization method and an apparatus therefor, wherein a deodorizing performance of an odorant gas containing NH 3 , of a high concentration with a large variation of concentration is easily stabilized with low cost and also a water quantity consumed and a water quantity discharged can be lowered.
