A control part 104 collates the information for identifying the equipment/material, which is acquired by the PDA 100a with the passive reader, with information recorded in a data storage part 102, and then, manages the leaving of the worker and the taking-out of the equipment/material. Consequently, the bringing-in and collecting of the equipment/material is more strictly managed, and the equipment/material which is not collected is found out in a short time period at night.
