The locking piece 2 is located in a range of the diameter of the shaft portion 1 when in elongated attitude with its longitudinal direction parallel to the axial direction of the shaft portion 1, and out of a range of the diameter of the shaft portion 1 when in bent attitude with its longitudinal direction perpendicular to the axial direction of the shaft portion 1. In the outer periphery of the shaft portion 1, a recessed groove 4 is provided parallel to the axial direction so that its front end faces the locking piece 2 in bent attitude.

By turning the shaft 11, an engaging piece 13, pivotally supported by the shaft 11 so as to become unbalanced with a spindle 12 defined as the center, can get into a protruded posture perpendicular to an axial direction of the shaft 11 by centrifugal force. The electrical power tool 30 includes a nut locking member 34 used for loosening prevention of a nut 15 screwed on an externally threaded portion 14 of the shaft 11.
