      SOLUTION: Slope plates 2, 3 which extend along main rails 1A immediately before the turnout S and whose upper surfaces incline upward in the direction of arrangement of the turnout S are provided. Consequently, after the derailed wheels W1 travel on the slope plates 2, 3, they travel on upper surfaces of tread plates 4 arranged before and after cross rails 1B. On this occasion, the upper surfaces of the tread plates 4 are arranged to have substantially the same height as that of a head part of the cross rails 1B, and form a surface continued from the slope plate 2, 3 and the upper surface of the head part of the cross rails 1B, whereby the derailed wheels W1 traveling on the tread plates 4 can easily pass on the cross rails 1B without hitting the cross rails 1B, and the accident that the derailed train largely deviates the track near the cross rails 1B of the turnout S can be prevented.
