    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constructing method for a tip-reinforcing cast-in-place pile, which brings about improved construction accuracy and working efficiency, and positively reinforces the ground near the tip of the pile.
      SOLUTION: According to the method of constructing the cast-in-place pile, first a cage (2) having a steel frame (3) attached to the tip thereof is built in an excavated hole. The steel frame (3) has an injection bag (4) set on a bottom thereof. Then the steel frame is crushed by the pile bottom to expand the injection bag on the pile bottom, and a grouting material is injected in the ground with pressure, followed by pressurizing the ground in the vicinity of the pile tip. In the method, an injection pipe (20) for injecting the grouting material into the ground with pressure, and a slime discharging pipe (21), are each formed of a flexible rigid resin hose.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means capable of improving the ground so as to improve the bearing power as a direct foundation.
      SOLUTION: Sleepers 4 of a construction site are removed. Ballasts are removed to expose the ground 8 of the construction site. The surface soil of the ground 8 of the construction site is removed. A mixture of regenerated aggregate 10 and a solidification material 12 is injected to the part from which the surface soil is removed, and replaced by the removed surface soil. When the regenerated aggregate 10 and the solidification material 12 replaced by the removed surface soil are solidified, an improved ground 14 is obtained, and the ground of the construction site is strengthened. A receiving girder 16 is laid on the improved ground 14, and a work girder 18 is provided further thereon. An anchor 20 is driven to the ground 8. The earth of the ground 8 of a desired position is excavated and removed, whereby the work girder 18 and a rail 2 can be stably supported by the improved ground 14.

      SOLUTION: Excavation equipment 10 comprises a boring machine 12 and a grout pump 16. Slurry, which is supplied from the grout pump 16, is introduced into the rod pipe 22 of the boring machine 12. A cutter head 24 is provided at the lower end of the rod pipe 22, and an excavation hole H is excavated. The slurry introduced into the rod pipe 22 is supplied into the excavated hole H from a lower end opening of the rod pipe 22. The grout pump 16 supplies the slurry to the boring machine 12. The quantity of the slurry supplied by the grout pump 16 is 0.5-2.1 m
      3 /min, that is, 1.5-5 times as large as the quantity of the slurry supplied in a conventional normal circulation method. Thus, the accumulation of the mud cake and the slime can be reduced without the decrease of the excavation efficiency in the normal circulation method.

      SOLUTION: A pile 14 is driven into the ground in a construction section. Next, the foundation 10 is directly installed on it so as to make a head of the pile 14 protruded out of a pile frame 12. A jack receiver 18 is joined with the pile 14 with a bolt 26. A method for joining the pile 14 with the jack receiver 18 may be the other method such as welding. After arranging a jack 30 between the jack receiver 18 and the foundation 10 directly, a force is applied in the direction for pulling out the pile 14 by the jack. A settling load (pre-load) is directly applied on the foundation 10 by a reaction force generated by a friction force on the peripheral face of the pile 14. Lastly, the foundation 10 and the pile 14 are directly connected and integrated to each other by a reinforcing bar 32 to construct the pile draft foundation for reducing an amount of settlement when a structure is constructed on it.
