The dummy member 11 of the front side under floor part 2 has a first inclined surface part 11a projected so that quantity of downward projection gradually increases as it comes backward in the progressing direction of the vehicle, and a second inclined surface part 11b projected so that quantity of downward projection gradually decreases as it comes backward from a rear end of the first inclined surface part 11a. The first inclined surface part 11a guides air downward (to the road surface side).

By forming an equivalent circuit similar to parallel-connected plate capacitors via the electrode layers 13 and 14 vertically connected to one another in (the trough side of) continuous and folded parts by each layer of the folded and layered capacitor film 11 and substantially enlarging the electrostatic capacitance of the whole capacitor film 11 according to its number of times of folding, relative changes in the electrostatic capacitance when a load acts between the push-in plates 16 is enlarged.

      SOLUTION: The derailment and deviation prevention device is a prevention device which supports a vehicle body by a truck 14 having wheels 13, and prevents collide or falling of the vehicle when the wheel of the vehicle traveling on a track rail 11 deviates from the track rail. Only when the wheel deviates from the track rail on the lower end of the truck, the wheel contacts the track rail and moves the vehicle in the width direction, and a guide member 17 is provided so that the wheel does not tread the fastening device of the track rail.
