    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capacity control valve smoothly controlling the discharge capacity of a variable capacity compressor. SOLUTION: This capacity control valve is designed so that a tube 212 having an inside into which operation fluid is led to flow is arranged in a solenoid section having an electromagnetic coil 213. A movable iron core, that is, a plunger 208 is movably fitted to the tube, and a solenoid rod section 209 is connected to the plunger, and also a fixed iron core 207 having an inside hole 207a through which the solenoid rod section is passed is arranged opposite to the plunger. In the capacity control valve, a control fluid passing hole 203a is opened/closed by a valve element 206 interlocked with an operating rod 206a connected to the solenoid rod section, and also communicating passages 208a, 208g, 208h passing the operating fluid to both sides are arranged in the plunger. The first connecting member 46 has a conical shape of which diameter expands as it goes from the valve element 30 side toward the pressure sensing member 41 side, and includes a guide part 46b guiding refrigerant gas flowing in the displacement chamber 34 to the second connecting passage 39. The second connecting member 42 and the pressure sensing member 41 are positioned in a zone inside of an imaginary line P passing on a circumference surface H of the guide part 46b and extending from a small diameter side to a large diameter side along an axial direction of the guide part 46b.
