摘要： Disclosed herein is a process for dehydrogenating a saturated cyclic hydrocarbon and/or 5-membered ring compound with a dehydrogenation catalyst. The dehydrogenation catalyst comprises: (i) 0.05 wt% to 5 wt% of a metal selected from Group 14 of the Periodic Table of Elements; and (ii) 0.1 wt% to 10 wt% of a metal selected from Groups 6 to 10 of the Periodic Table of Elements. The process is conducted under dehydrogenation conditions effective to dehydrogenate at least a portion saturated cyclic hydrocarbon and/or 5-membered ring compound.

摘要： In a process for the dehydrogenation of cyclohexanone to produce phenol, cyclohexanone is contacted in a reaction zone under dehydrogenation conditions with a dehydrogenation catalyst comprising (i) a support comprising silica; and (ii) a dehydrogenation component comprising at least one metal selected from Group 10 of Periodic Table of Elements. Contact of the dehydrogenation catalyst with the cyclohexanone is then terminated and the dehydrogenation catalyst is contacted with an inert gas and/or hydrogen at a temperature of at least 300°C. Contact of the dehydrogenation catalyst with additional cyclohexanone is subsequently reestablished.

The dehydrogenation feed stream and the at least one stabilizing compound are contacted with a first dehydrogenation catalyst in the first dehydrogenation reaction zone under dehydrogenation conditions to convert at least a portion of the dehydrogenatable hydrocarbon into an unsaturated six-membered carbon ring compound and hydrogen.

摘要： A process for making cyclohexylbenzene includes (a) contacting benzene and hydrogen in the presence of a first catalyst under hydroalkylation conditions sufficient to form a first effluent stream having cyclohexylbenzene, cyclohexane, methyl cyclopentane, and unreacted benzene, (b) supplying a portion of the first effluent stream to a first separation system to divide the first effluent stream part into (i) a C6-nch stream compπsing benzene, cyclohexane, and methylcyclopentane and (ιι) a cyclohexylbenzene-πch stream, (c) contacting a portion of the C6-πch stream with a second catalyst that catalyzes dehydrogenation and exhibits low acidity under conditions sufficient to convert a portion of the cyclohexane to benzene and a portion of the methylcyclopentane to linear and/or branched paraffins to form a second effluent stream, and (d) recycling a portion of the second effluent stream to the contacting step (a).
