    • The invention relates to an electric multilayer component comprising at least two capacitors (C 1 , C 2 ), which differ from one another, are connected in parallel, and which each have at least two overlapping electrode layers (1) with a dielectric layer (2) arranged therebetween. According to the invention, the capacitors (C 1 , C 2 ) are stacked to form a layer stack (3) and are separated from one another by at least one intermediate layer (4) as to provide the component with different resonance frequencies (f 1 , f 2 ) that are defined by the capacitors (C 1 , C 2 ) The invention also relates to the arrangement of an inventive component on a printed circuit board (6). A double resonance capacitor having a very small volume can be realized by stacking different capacitors (C 1 , C 2 ) and separating the capacitors (C 1 , C 2 ) from one another by an appropriate intermediate layer (4).
