摘要： Welded check valves include a poppet assembly, a spring, and a disc that contacts the spring. The disc may be held at a position away from a weld when forming the welded check valve. Embodiments may include retention features configured to allow one or more of the poppet assembly and disc to pass the retention features in an assembly orientation, and to retain those elements when they are in an operational orientation. Methods include inserting the poppet assembly, contacting the poppet assembly with a spring, inserting a disc, retaining the disc away from a weld side, and welding the check valve together. The poppet assembly and/or disc may pass one or more retaining features when inserted, and be retained by the retaining features when the check valve is operated. The weld may be a thermal weld.

摘要： A bag-in-bag-in-bottle assembly formed by a flexible dispensing container with a dispensing fitment. The dispensing container is positioned adjacent or sandwiched between one or more flexible pressurization containers having a separate inlet/outlet path through a second fitment. The bag-in-bag assembly can then be placed in a containment vessel with the fitments mounted such that it is accessible on the vessel. A liquid can be extracted from the dispensing container by introducing a fluid into the pressurization container(s) with enough pressure to force the liquid out through the dispensing fitment. A contoured dispensing head may be coupled to the bag-in-bag-in-bottle assembly using a cam actuation arrangement for simultaneously locking the pressurization, vent and fluid extraction couplings. A key code system may be utilized wherein a universal key code ring is modified to enable key coding of the containment vessel for compatibility with only certain dispense heads.

摘要： In one embodiment, a sight tube flowmeter is formed of a plurality of fluoropolymer components welded together to form a unitary flowmeter body. The components can comprise a PFA upright sight tube (16) having two end portions (30, 32), a flow conduit (34) extending therethrough and two fitting portions (14, 18) that are uniquely welded onto each end of the sight tube, and a fluoropolymer float device (78) movable to various positions within the flow conduit depending on the flow level of the fluid flowing therethrough. The float device can be of conventional design or for those flowmeter embodiments where low fluid flow rates are to be measured, an elongate float can be utilized. The floats and, in particular, a designated portion thereof, are visible through the sight tube to provide visual indication of the position, and thus the flow rate of fluid flowing through the flowmeter.

Various embodiments of the anti-rotation device provide a mechanism whereby threadably engaged connectors, such as compression fittings, are permitted to rotate only a fraction of a turn after loosening. For many applications, the limited degree of loosening is sufficient to prevent the onset of leaking. Structurally, the anti-rotation device can include a band that is secured to a female nut of a hydraulic connector. Protrusions extend laterally from the band and engage with a stop tab on the male body of the hydraulic connector assembly, thereby limiting rotation of the female nut that would otherwise cause leaks. Locking provided by zip tie structures proximate the free ends of the anti-rotation device.

A first component defines a circumferential groove in its exterior surface with an aperture or recess in the bottom wall of the groove. A second component has a corresponding circumferential groove defined in its inner surface. During assembly, the second component is received over the first component with the circumferential grooves aligned. The hooked end of a flexible plastic rod is inserted through the aperture of the second component and engaged in the aperture or recess in the first component. The second component is then rotated relative to the first component to draw the plastic rod into the grooves.
