摘要： Provided are a pilot transmitting apparatus and method capable of selectively using an OFDMA scheme and an SC-FDMA scheme. The pilot transmitting apparatus includes a pilot inserter for inserting a pilot signal in a modulated symbol and inserting a cyclic prefix code for the inserted pilot signal, an FFT processor for receiving symbols with a pilot inserted thereto from the pilot inserter and performing an FFT process on the received symbols, an IFFT processor for receiving the transformed data from the FFT processor and performing an IFFT process on the transformed data, a mapping processor for mapping the output of the FFT processor to input positions of the IFFT processor to load the frequency domain transformed data on predetermined sub-carriers, and a cyclic prefix inserter for inserting a cyclic prefix code for the output of the IFFT processor.

摘要： An apparatus for and method of transmitting and/or receiving a signal by using signaling point rotation in mutually cooperative relaying are provided. The apparatus for transmitting a signal includes: a rotated I-channel generation unit rotating a symbol containing data of a first user, by a predetermined angle, and then, obtaining the I-channel (in-phase) component of the rotated symbol; a rotated Q-channel generation unit receiving a symbol rotated by a predetermined angle, of a previous time slot from a node of a second user performing mutually cooperative relaying with the node of the first user, detecting the I-channel component, and obtaining the Q-channel (quadrature-phase) component of a symbol containing data of the second user from the detected I-channel component; and a combining unit combining the I-channel component of the first user generated in the rotated I-channel generation unit and the Q-channel component of the second user generated in the rotated Q-channel generation unit, thereby generating one symbol.

摘要： Provided are an apparatus and method for channel estimation and synchronization in an orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM)/ orthogonal frequency division multiplexing access (OFDMA) relay system. When data is received through a relay, channel estimation performance deterioration due to propagation delay can be improved in a transparent relay system or a cooperative relay system by extracting pilot signals based on a signal received from transmitters to a mobile station, estimating propagation delay between each of the transmitters, that transmitted the extracted pilot signals, and the mobile station based on the extracted pilot signals and preset reference pilot signals, and estimating a channel between the corresponding transmitter and the mobile station by estimating propagation delay weight of the corresponding transmitter based on the estimated propagation delay. Also, effects of a carrier frequency offset and timing offset of a link between the corresponding transmitter and the mobile station can be removed by storing the existing carrier frequency offset and timing offset of each transmitter, when the mobile station receives a signal, identifying a transmitter that transmitted the signal, and compensating the signal by using the stored carrier frequency offset and timing offset of the identified transmitter.

The UE transmits the PUSCH with the first precoder at the first resource grid and with a third precoder at the second resource grid, the third precoder being based on a phase rotation of the second precoder.
