    • MULTI-PORTION REPLACEMENT HEART VALVE PROSTHESIS A replacement mitral valve prosthesis (100; 200; 1500; 1600; 2900; 3100; 3300), comprising: a valve body (160; 260; 1560; 1660) including three flexible leaflets (162; 262; 1562; 1662; 2930; 3130) made from pericardium; and a self-expanding, metallic support structure surrounding and supporting the valve body (160; 260; 1560; 1660), the support structure sized for deployment in a native mitral valve, the support structure comprising: a valve frame (120; 220; 1520; 1620; 2910; 3110; 3310) having an upper portion (126; 226; 1522a; 1622a), an intermediate portion (128; 228; 1522b), and a lower portion (130; 230; 1522c); a plurality of anchors (124; 224; 1524; 1624) coupled to the lower portion (130; 230; 1522c) of the valve frame (120; 220; 1520; 1620; 2910; 3110; 3310), each of the anchors (124; 224; 1524; 1624) extending radially outwardly and upwardly; and a sealing frame (140; 240; 1540; 1640; 2920; 3120; 3320) coupled to and disposed radially outwardly of the valve frame (120; 220; 1520; 1620; 2910; 3110; 3310), the sealing frame (140; 240; 1540; 1640; 2920; 3120; 3320) having an upper portion (146; 246; 1542a; 1642a), an intermediate portion (148; 248; 1542b; 1642b) and a lower portion (150; 250; 1542c; 1642c), wherein the sealing frame (140; 240; 1540; 1640; 2920; 3120; 3320) circumferentially surrounds the valve frame (120; 220; 1520; 1620; 2910; 3110; 3310) and wherein a clearance is provided between the lower portion (150; 250; 1542c; 1642c) of the sealing frame (140; 240; 1540; 1640; 2920; 3120; 3320) and the lower portion (130; 230; 1522c) of the valve frame (120; 220; 1520; 1620; 2910; 3110; 3310) and wherein the plurality of anchors (124; 224; 1524; 1624) have ends disposed radially outwardly of the sealing frame (140; 240; 1540; 1640; 2920; 3120; 3320), wherein the support structure is adapted to capture native mitral valve leaflets between the sealing frame (140; 240; 1540; 1640; 2920; 3120; 3320) and the anchors (124;224;1524;1624).
