摘要： In a method for treating a combustion exhaust gas from a waste burning facility, the exhaust gas has its temperature lowered to 180 - 230 DEG C, in a temperature lowering unit, is freed of dust in a dry dust collector, passed through a dioxin and NOx removing unit using a vanadium oxide-based catalyst and, thereafter, the exhaust gas at 180 - 230 DEG C is further passed through a heat exchanger to effect heat recovery. The vanadium oxide-based catalyst is a vanadium oxide alone or the combination thereof either with an oxide of at least one element selected from the group consisting of molybdenum, tin, yttrium, boron and lead or with gold. In addition, a tungsten oxide may be used. These catalysts are preferably carried on titania for use. The method and an apparatus for implementing it require a simple system configuration and yet assure high thermal efficiency while achieving efficient removal of dioxins and nitrogen oxides.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent effectively the corrosion of superheater tubes of a superheater by a method wherein the surfaces of the respective superheater tubes of a superheater in a boiler for an incinerator for waste disposal or the surfaces of the superheater tubes of a superheater in a fluidized bed boiler, which is a boiler for waste disposal, are covered with a corrosion-resistant metal flame spray coating layer. CONSTITUTION:A combustion gas evolved in an incinerator for waste disposal superheats a group of superheater tubes 1 and generates superheated steam. Each of the superheater tubes 1 has a main body made of a steel tube, and a corrosion- resistant metal flame spray coating layer is formed on its entire surface. It is preferable to use metal capable of forming a highly hard flame spray coating layer as corrosion- resistant metal, and a nickel-chromium-based flame spray coating material containing nickel as a main component may ordinarily be employed. Also, a fluidized bed boiler 10 has a fluidized bed 11 formed with a fluidized medium, and an evaporator tube 12 of an evaporator and a superheater tube 13 of a superheater are set in the fluidized bed 11. Flame spray coating of corrosion-resistant metal is also applied onto the superheater tube 13 and the evaporator tube 12 in the same thickness. Further, a corrosion-resistant metal flame spray coating layer is applicable to superheater tubes of a convection superheater.

SOLUTION: The flue exhaust gas treatment device comprises a combustion device 1, a heat exchanger 2, dust collector 3, a catalytic device 4 and a smokestack 5, all of these components being connected sequentially by an exhaust gas passageway. In addition, the treatment device has a catalyst regeneration means having a bypass passageway 17 with damper 14 which introduces a combustion exhaust gas directly into the catalytic device 4 from the combustion device 1 in order to regenerate the catalytic device 4. Further, the exhaust gas passageway leading to the heat exchanger 2 and the exhaust gas passageways before and after the catalytic device 4 are equipped with dampers 11, 12, 13. During regenerating the catalyst, the combustion exhaust gas is made to flow through 1-17-4-18-2-3-19-5 to achieve the regeneration, and a denitrification and/or a dioxin decomposition catalytic reactor are applied to the catalytic device 4.

The vanadium oxide type catalyst which is vanadium oxide alone, a binary system in which vanadium oxide is used together with at least one kind of oxide of an element selected from a group consisting of molybdenum, tin, yttrium, baron, and lead or gold, or a ternary system in which tungsten oxide is added to the binary system is preferably supported by titania.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the economical effect without adding any new equipment to an existing facility by placing shells in a furnace when the stuff to be burned in a fluidized bed to suppress the generation of the acid toxic gas in the exhaust combustion gas. SOLUTION: Shells 6 are throw in and burned in an incinerator 1, and desulphurization and dehydrochlorination of the exhaust combustion gas is simultaneously achieved in the processes from the incinerator 1 to a gas cooler or a waste heat boiler 2 with the calcium part in the shells powdered on a fluidized bed. The exhaust combustion gas is cooled in the gas cooler or the waste heat boiler 2, and the reaction product of sulfur oxide of hydrogen chloride with calcium is removed as the dust in a dust collector 3. When the dust collector 3 is of filter type such as bug filter, a collected ash layer is formed on a filter cloth surface. By passing the exhaust gas there, the reaction of calcium with sulfur oxide(SOx) and hydrogen chloride(HCl) which is the acid gas is further advanced in the collected ash layer to further improve the ratio of desulphurization and dehydrochlorination.
