    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for judging whether or not a failure exists in an existing man-made structure.
      SOLUTION: In the failure detection method, at least one image in an existing man-made structure is imaged to detect the presence of at least one failure in the man-made structure. The method comprises a step for providing a material that can be detected on the surface of or inside the existing man-made structure so that one portion can exist in at least one failure of the man-made structure, a step for imaging at least one digital image of the man-made structure by an image sensor, and a processing step for processing at least one imaged digital image, providing the visual image of the man-made structure, and judging the presence of at least one failure in the man-made building. Additionally, the image sensor images at least one image of the man-made building, and identifies at least one failure according to the presence or absence of a material that can be detected at least at one defect.
