摘要： Provided is a displacement control valve having excellent operational efficiency while having a fluid discharge function at the time of startup. A displacement control valve V includes a valve housing 10, a valve element 51 constituting a main valve 50 that contacts and separates from a main valve seat 10a, for opening and closing communication between discharge ports 12 and control ports 14 by driving force of a solenoid 80, a pressure-sensitive valve 53 that opens and closes according to ambient pressure, and a pressure-sensitive valve member 52 constituting the pressure-sensitive valve 53 together with a pressure-sensitive element 60. The valve element 51 and the pressure-sensitive valve member 52 are formed with an intermediate communicating passage 55. The intermediate communicating passage 55 allows communication between the control ports 14 and the suction ports 13 by opening and closing of the pressure-sensitive valve 53. The pressure-sensitive valve member 52 is formed with through holes 52d communicating with the intermediate communicating passage 55, and is provided with a sliding member 90 that slides relatively to the pressure-sensitive valve member 52 by fluid flow produced by the opening of the main valve 50, for opening and closing the through holes 52d.

The capacity control valve includes a valve housing 10, 11 formed with a discharge port 15, a suction port 13, and first and second control ports 14, 16, a rod 51 movably arranged in the valve housing 10, 11 and driven by a solenoid 80, a CS valve 50 configured to control a fluid flow between the first control port 14 and the suction port 13 in accordance with a movement of the rod 51, and a DC valve 53 configured to control a fluid flow between the second control port 16 and the discharge port 15 in accordance with the movement of the rod 51. In a non-energization state of the solenoid 80, the CS valve 50 is closed and the DC valve 53 is closed. As the energization of the solenoid 80 becomes larger, the CS valve 50 transitions from a closed state to an open state and the DC valve 53 transitions from a closed state to an open state. In a maximum current state of the solenoid 80, the CS valve 50 is opened and the DC valve 53 is opened.

In a capacity control valve V, a position of a valve element 51 is changed by drawing a movable iron core 84 to a fixed iron core 82 with magnetic force by energization of an electromagnetic coil 86. The iron core 82 on one side includes a projected portion 90 on the radially outer side, the iron core 84 on the other side includes a projected portion 92 on the radially inner side, and these projected portions are capable of being loosely fitted to each other when the movable iron core 84 is drawn to the fixed iron core 82. The projected portion 90 is formed to be smaller than an opposing surface 93 of the iron core 84 facing an effective magnetic force surface 90a of a distal end of the projected portion and formed in a tapered shape.

摘要： An object of the present invention is to provide a valve in which a small driving force of a drive source is required when the valve is closed. The effective pressure-receiving area is switched between the effective pressure-receiving area RS1 in the control region and the effective pressure-receiving are Rs2 in the closing region. The effective pressure-receiving area Rs2 is smaller than the effective pressure-receiving are Rs1.
